UL Foundation Inc. is a Louisiana-registered 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN ending in -1501). All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions.

Verified PayPal Giving Fund Charity —

UL Foundation Inc. is officially enrolled in PayPal Giving Fund for secure, donor-advised contributions made through PayPal and its partner platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), GoFundMe, and others. Donations made through these platforms are processed by PayPal Giving Fund and distributed to UL Foundation as monthly grants in accordance with PayPal Giving Fund policies.

PayPal Giving Fund does not charge donors or the Foundation any fees for these contributions. Some partners may charge platform fees at the time of donation, which will be disclosed to the donor directly.

Notice of Independence & Donation Policy

The UL Foundation (ULFoundation.org) is an independent nonprofit organization founded in 1994 by former college students for current college students. It is solely affiliated with Air Gumbo Inc., a Louisiana-based cultural and aviation enterprise. This alignment defines all initiatives and partnerships, reflecting a shared commitment to innovation, education, and community uplift.

Donations to the UL Foundation are accepted only in direct support of the Foundation's independent mission and programs. Contributions must be made voluntarily and without reference to, or on behalf of, any external entities. Any funds received outside the Foundation's mission will be respectfully declined or refunded.
