Remote Participation
The Foundation recognizes that circumstances may occasionally prevent a director from attending a meeting in person. When appropriate, directors may participate through a secure video conferencing platform approved by the Foundation.
Remote participation should provide real-time audio and video communication, allowing all participants to see and hear one another and enabling directors to fully engage in discussion, deliberation, and voting.
Governance Statement
The Foundation's governing principles are intended to be enduring. They remain in effect unless and until they are amended or repealed through the formal actions of a duly ratified Board of Directors in accordance with the Foundation's Bylaws and applicable law.
